Brief Story of the Joining SuperProfs.com : Joined SuperProfs.com in Nov 2013 when they had a business
idea and technology but No Teachers. At that time Mr. Piyush Agrawal (CEO) was himself talking to teachers to bring them on board but with least success and in the process he called me to join as a teacher on SuperProfs. At that time, I was thinking to do something big in Online Education and I liked the idea of SuperProfs, then I offered him that I wanted to join SuperProfs as a Teacher as well as a permanent employee at a senior position. He asked me “what role you would like to play in the organization?”, and my answer was “The Role, which is the most difficult and crucial for you and the organization, at this time”, and I knew the answer. That’s how the journey started and I was given responsibility for Academic Alliances to On Board Teachers.
