The Gender Responsive Budgeting (GRB) Cell of Arun Jaitley National Institute of Financial Management, in collaboration with Regional Centre for Urban & Environmental Studies (Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India) and SANGRAHA Centre of Excellence in Urban Planning and Design, National Institute of Technology Calicut, organised a National Conference on “Gender Equity in Urban India: Bridging Gaps through Policy Planning & Public Finance.”
Held on 17th–18th March 2026 at Osmania University, the conference brought together academicians, policymakers, and practitioners to deliberate on gender-responsive urban governance and inclusive development.
